A less tangible level of metadata is Google schema open-graph “markup” which enables you to receive “enhanced features” on google page one
Each video gets embedded on its on its own page and gets google markup for interviews which include:
Name and Description
A Thumbnail of the Url
The upload date
The Duration
The Publisher’s name and Logo
A URL to the Content
And an embedded Url of the video file itself
For the name and description we use the video title.
For the thumbnail image we use an image that includes a clear and easy to see image.
The upload date is the date we publish the video on youtube, not upload it. We do not generally publish videos the day we upload them.
Duration is the length of the video including the introduction and ending credits.
And we use Social Web Branding Consultants and the SWB Consultants logo as the publisher.
We link to the related blog URL of the article.
For the embedded Url we indicate the embed link for the video from youtube.
